Welcome to Higgins Aromar. These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website, higginsaromar.com (the “Site”), and any purchases or interactions made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site immediately. Higgins Aromar currently offers:

  • Full-size fragrances

  • Fragrance samples (limited availability, used primarily for new releases)

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any product

  • Limit quantities

  • Adjust pricing without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that items appearing in stock will be available at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing and Billing Accuracy

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases made on our Site.

5. Shipping

At this time, Higgins Aromar ships only within Canada.

If/when international shipping becomes available, customers outside Canada will be responsible for any additional fees, such as import duties, customs charges, and local taxes.

Shipping times may vary. Once an order has been shipped, Higgins Aromar is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@higginsaromar.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A brief explanation of your concern

We will review your inquiry and do our best to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis. Higgins Aromar reserves the right to determine appropriate resolutions at its sole discretion.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, imagery, and information. However, errors may occur, and colours or packaging may vary slightly from photos. Higgins Aromar does not warrant that all information on the Site is error-free.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, videos, product descriptions, branding, and layout — is the exclusive property of Higgins Aromar and is protected under Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
